Yesilkaya Group started focusing on construction in early 80s.

 

The majority of their initial projects were residential, which ranged from single, 5 to 10 story buildings with 2 apartments on each floor, to residential sites consisting of multi, 10 to 15 story buildings with 4 to 8 apartments on each floor.
