MEGEYE Lojistik
Lojistik ve Gayrimenkul alanında hizmet veren şirketimiz, Uluslararası Lojistik firmalarına, küresel şirketlere, istenilen büyüklüklerde lojistik depo ve ofis binaları yaparak, uzun süreli olarak kiralama yapmaktadır. Şirketimiz lojistik operasyonel alanda faaliyet göstermemektedir.
Bu konuda DHL, Borusan, Mars, Koçtaş, Migros, Koton, Doğan grubu gibi firmalar şirketimizin müşteri profilidir.
MEGEYE Tekstil
Tekstil alanında, İstanbul Darıca da ki 10.000 metrekarelik modern fabrikasıyla VIP GİYİM SANAYİ adı altında faaliyet göstermektedir. Fabrikada 850 işçi ile hizmet yürütülmektedir. Yapılan üretimin büyük ekseriyeti, Avrupa ülkelerine ihraç edilmektedir. Öte yandan bazı ünlü markaların özel üretimleri de bu fabrikada yapılmaktadır.
MEGEYE Tarım
Tarım sektörü çalışmaları, Türkiye’nin en verimli topraklarının bulunduğu Manisa ovasında yer alan, tarım sektörüne büyük hizmetler veren Karaosmanoğlu arazileri üzerinde yapılmaktadır. Gerçekleştirilen başarılı tatbikatlar sonucu üretilen sofralık ve kurutulmuş üzüm, pamuk, mısır, zeytin, domates, biber vb. pek çok ürün, ilgili standartlara uygun olarak Türkiye ve dış pazarlara sunulmaktadır.

Greenrock family business, textile manufacturing and wholesaling, was founded in 1931 by Mr. Niyazi. The business has expanded and diversified from its origin in textile and reached a “Group” identity with companies in many sectors ranging from construction to agriculture.
Today, The Group, under the leadership of old generation, focuses mainly on construction and real estate, though the Group still has reputable companies in textile and agriculture.

Real Estate Investment
By the new millennium, the construction companies under Yesilkaya group expanded to a point where the Groups main income and focus shifted mainly in construction. By 2017, Yesilkaya group completed a wide range of projects which included universities, hospitals, warehouses, factories, high rises, airport hangers and government housings.[More...]
Construction
Yesilkaya Group started focusing on construction in early 80s.
The majority of their initial projects were residential, which ranged from single, 5 to 10 story buildings with 2 apartments on each floor, to residential sites consisting of multi, 10 to 15 story buildings with 4 to 8 apartments on each floor. Agricalture
The group has determined agriculture sector in general and sugar industry in specific manner as its target sectors of investment in coming years. The family already owns 3,000,000 m2 of agricultural land, located in Manisa-Western Turkey, which is used for growing olives and grape mainly for export. [More...]
Textile
The group still continues to operate in the sector as wholesaler (Konya Kumas and Yesilkaya Kumas) and manufacturer (VIP Giyim Corporation).
Importance of wholesale textile business has declined in overall business activities of the group. Whereas the manufacturing of ready-made men’s clothes (VIP Giyim Corp.) is important part of group’s textile business.
